China hunts for helicopter missing in earthquake zone
The Chinese government on Sunday ordered a search and rescue mission to find a military helicopter that crashed while evacuating injured earthquake survivors.

Mianyang: The Chinese government on Sunday ordered a search and rescue mission to find a military helicopter that crashed while evacuating injured earthquake survivors.
The Xinhua news agency reported that ground commanders lost contact with the helicopter on Saturday.
The helicopter reportedly crashed amid fog and strong turbulence as its crew of four evacuated 10 residents from the Sichuan province.
There was no immediate information on casualties.
Meanwhile, hundreds of soldiers and policemen completed drainage work on an "earthquake lake" that threatened to burst and flood nearby towns.
They had worked for a week to dig a diversion channel for the Tangjiashan "earthquake lake" that was formed when a huge landslide blocked the Jian River.
More than 197,000 people had been evacuated in case of flooding.
