Saarc goodwill car rally reaches India
The first South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (Saarc) car rally organised to promote goodwill among the member nations, reached here from Dhaka on Sunday night.
Cooch Behar, West Bengal: The first South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (Saarc) car rally organised to promote goodwill among the member nations, reached here from Dhaka on Sunday night.
Covering a distance of 925 km across Bangladesh the rally reached India through the Burimari border.
Scores of onlookers showered the convoy of 30 cars with flowers and cheered the participants with good wishes.
Fostering cultural relations with all member countries is the message of the rally.
