Occupied Jerusalem: Israeli Defence officials on Sunday said high-ranking security men have been sent to India to help in the investigation into the Mumbai attacks.
One is a representative of the Israeli Defence Ministry and the other is from the Shin Bet security service, the officials said on condition of anonymity.
A forensics team will also leave for Mumbai on Sunday to help identify the bodies of Israelis, said police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld.
The Foreign Ministry said at least seven Israelis were killed at a Jewish centre targeted by the assailants.
