Suicide bomber attacks Nato base in Afghanistan
A suicide car bomber attacked a Nato base in eastern Afghanistan on Thursday, inflicting some casualties, a NATO force spokeswoman said.
Khost: A suicide car bomber attacked a Nato base in eastern Afghanistan on Thursday, inflicting some casualties, a NATO force spokeswoman said.
"We have ISAF casualties, but we don't know how many," said the spokeswoman, referring to Nato's International Security Assistance Force.
The bomber detonated himself at the gate of the base, an Afghan district official in Khost province said.
