Sharjah: Parking will be free in Sharjah starting Thursday November 30, until Sunday, December 3, Sharjah Municipality announced on Sunday.
Ahmed Ali Abu Gasen, Director General of parking section, said the decision, which covers all areas of the city of Sharjah, aims to create the ideal atmosphere to celebrate the UAE national day and provide all elements of comfort and happiness for residents and visitors who come to participate in national day events.
He also warned against misusing parking spaces and added that inspectors will be making rounds to insure no violations are committed.
