Umm Al Quwain: Three Asian men were killed instantly when two trucks crashed into each other on Emirates Road in Umm Al Quwain on Tuesday afternoon .
The Umm Al Quwain Civil Defence operation room received a call about the accident; three people were stuck inside their vehicles.
Colonel Hassan Ali Mohmmad Bin Surm, Director General of Umm Al Quwain Civil Defence, said a rescue team went to the site of the accident and they used special tools to pull out the three people from the wreakage. However, all were pronounced dead at the scene.
Their bodies were moved to Shaikh Khalifa hospital in Umm Al Quwian.
Col.Bin Surm urged all motorists to follow traffic rules and pay attention to the road while driving and leave enough space between vehicles to avoid collisions.
