Dubai: The General Pensions and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) approved its 2018 budget during a board meeting held on Wednesday.
The budget will now be forwarded to the Cabinet for final approval.
The GPSSA meeting was presided by Shaikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance and Chairman of GPSSA.
The authority said that the total number of subscribers in November 2017 stood at 88,041, a one per cent increase from the 86,489 subscribers recorded during the same period last year.
