Dubai: A fire broke out in two textile warehouses in Ras Al Khor industrial 2 on Saturday afternoon.
Dubai Civil Defence spokesman confirmed the incident, saying it was a moderate fire.
"The fire started in one warehouse but then spread to the second warehouse. It's moderate fire but no reports of injuries," the spokesperson told Gulf News.
The fire started on 2:04pm and firefighters from Port Saeed, Al Qusais and Al Karama stations controlled the fire on 2:36pm.
"We reached the place just seven minutes after receiving the emergency call," the spokesperson said.
