Aden — An Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) aid ship carrying 10 containers stocked with cholera medication has arrived in the Port of Aden.
Mohammad Saeed Al Katbi, Director of the ERC office in Aden, said the shipment is part of continuous deliveries of cholera medication to Yemen which will be distributed to all Yemeni governorates as required, especially in provinces where the cholera epidemic is prevalent. He added that this latest shipment was in response to a recent appeal by the Yemeni Ministry of Health and the WHO to fight the epidemic.
