Fugitive rebel leader 'headed to Sudan-Congo border'

Juba: Uganda's elusive rebel leader Joseph Kony is heading to the Sudan-Congo border to sign a final peace deal this week, a diplomatic source said on Sunday.
South Sudan's final peace deal calls for Kony's Lord's Resistance Army fighters to disarm within a month.
Kony has never been seen by outsiders for months and will emerge from hiding in Congo to sign the agreement in person on April 5 at Ri-Kwangba on the remote border.
"He is then likely to sneak back into Central African Republic, where he has established a base," the diplomat said.
