The US government has warned Israeli and Palestinian leaders that they will lose public support for the peace process unless they can show progress in the near future.
Washington: The US government has warned Israeli and Palestinian leaders that they will lose public support for the peace process unless they can show progress in the near future.
The message was passed on by US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice during meetings with both sides last week.
She added: "We talked some about the perception that they're just having endless talks. They simply don't see it that way."
News of the warning comes as US President George W. Bush visits the Middle East.
