Rafah crossing opens for a day
Hundreds of Palestinians have crossed the Gaza Strip after Egypt and Israel re-opened the Rafah crossing temporarily.
Rafah: Hundreds of Palestinians have crossed the Gaza Strip after Egypt and Israel re-opened the Rafah crossing temporarily.
It is the first time in three weeks that the border point has been opened, but Palestinian officials say it will only be open for one day.
More than 5,000 Palestinians have been waiting to enter Egypt on the Gaza side of the border.
