Palestinian killed in Gaza raid outside home

Gaza: A Palestinian civilian was killed after he was hit by an Israeli tank shell outside his home in the Gaza Strip on Sunday, medics said.

Israeli troops were conducting a raid in the area, and an Israeli military spokeswoman could not immediately give details about the incident.

Medics said the 41-year-old man was a resident of the town of Khan Younis.
