Gaza City: Hamas lawmakers on Monday said they will not be bound by any decision taken during Tuesday's US-hosted Middle East peace summit.

President George W. Bush is meeting Palestinian and Israeli leaders on Monday in a last-ditch push for Palestinian statehood before he leaves office in 14 months.
In Washington, delegates from dozens of countries have begun arriving for the start of the peace talks in Annapolis, Maryland.
Bush has billed the talks as the first major push for Palestinian-Israeli peace in seven years. Syria and Saudi Arabia have said they will attend the talks.
