Five people have been killed after Israeli tanks entered a refugee camp in central Gaza as the Israeli offensive in Palestinian territories continued into a fourth week.

Four Palestinian militants and one 16-year-old civilian were killed during an exchange of fire at the Maghazi Camp.
Nearly 90 Palestinians have been killed in the Israeli offensive which was sparked by the capture of an Israeli soldier by Hamas militants on June 25.
