Remains of two US soldiers missing in Iraq since their capture more than a year ago have been found, a US defense official said on Friday.
Washington, US: Remains of two US soldiers missing in Iraq since their capture more than a year ago have been found, a US defense official said on Friday.
The families of Private Byron Fouty, 19, and Sergeant Alex Jimenez, 25, have been notified by the army.
"They have been returned from Iraq," said the official, who asked not to be identified.
The soldiers were captured May 12, 2007, after their unit was ambushed near Baghdad.
