Iranian President's visit to Iraq confirmed
Ahmadinejad is the first Iranian head of state to visit Iraq after the 1979 Islamic revolution.
Tehran: The date of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's visit to Iraq has been confirmed by Iran's foreign ministry spokesman Mohammad-Ali Hosseini on Sunday.
Hosseini told reporters in his weekly press briefing that the visit was scheduled for March 2.
Ahmadinejad is the first Iranian head of state to visit Iraq after the 1979 Islamic revolution.
