Saudi and Egypt leaders vow to help Lebanon
Sharm El Shaikh: Saudi King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz and Eygptian President Hosni Mubarak have pledged joint efforts to settle Lebanon's political crisis.
The two leaders met in Egypt's Sharm El Shaikh on Wednesday, where they discussed the situation in Palestinian territories, Iraq, Darfur and Somalia.
"The major Arab disagreements are connected to the situation in Lebanon," Mubarak's spokesman Suleiman Awwad told reporters before the meeting on Wednesday.
Mubarak's talks with the Saudi king also include pledges to enhance bilateral economic and trade relations and to activate Arab solidarity.
