Algiers: At least three people were killed in a suicide car bomb attack east of Algiers on Sunday evening, Algeria's official APS news agency reported on Monday.
Six others were wounded in the attack at Takdemt district near the coastal town of Dellys, 100 km east of the capital.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack, but a string of similar bombings in August was claimed by a group calling itself Al Qaida in the Islamic Maghreb.
