More Somali migrants arrive in Yemen
Security forces also capture 15 illegal Ethiopians including seven women.
Sana'a: A total of 52 Somali migrants arrived in the Yemeni eastern coasts of Hadhramout, official source said on Saturday.
The Ministry of Interior said in a statement sent to local media that 52 Somali migrants including 25 women and two children arrived in the coast of Broom district in Hadhramout province.
The security men in Broom detained the Somali migrants and handed them over to the representative of UNHCR in the temporary refugee camp in Shabwa province, who will transfer them to the main camp in Kharaz in Lahj governorate.
Meanwhile, the security men captured 15 illegal Ethiopians including seven women sneaking into Yemen via Thubab coasts, in Taiz province, the Ministry said.
Yemen has received about 540 Somali migrants and 51 illegal Ethiopians since the beginning of this month, in addition to 16 dead bodies found at the coasts, the Ministry said.
