UAE visit visas to cost Dh500 from June

Visitors coming to the UAE will have to pay much more for a visit visa starting next month, according to a new table of fees suggested by a Cabinet decision, Al Khaleej reported.

Dubai: Visitors coming to the UAE will have to pay much more for a visit visa starting next month, according to a new table of fees suggested by a Cabinet decision, Al Khaleej reported.

A one-month visit visa will now cost Dh500 as compared to Dh100 earlier which was valid for two months.

According to the amended visa fees list, a "long-term" visit visa will cost Dh1,000.

Sources at the Naturalisation Department said this visa will be valid for three months.

The tourist visa fees has not gone up and will still be Dh100 for a 30-day visit.

The multiple entry visa will now cost Dh2,000 as compared to Dh1,000 earlier. The multiple entry visa is valid only for 30 days each visit.
