Dubai office changes timings to help amnesty seekers
In view of the searing summer heat, the Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department (DNRD) yesterday changed the timings for receiving applications from amnesty seekers from 5pm till midnight.

Dubai: In view of the searing summer heat, the Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department (DNRD) has changed the timings for receiving applications from amnesty seekers from 5pm till midnight.
"Those who are applying for amnesty can visit the amnesty centre of the DNRD from 5pm starting today (Monday)," said Brig Mohammad Ahmad Al Merri, Director-General of DNRD.
He said the amnesty period will end in September. Al Merri added that every day "we are receiving around 3,000 to 4,000 applicants.
