267 arrested in sharjah for violating immigration law

Around 267 expatriates were nabbed in Sharjah in a crackdown against violators of the federal law for entry and residence of foreigners, immigration authorities announced recently.

Sharjah: Around 267 expatriates were nabbed in Sharjah in a crackdown against violators of the federal law for entry and residence of foreigners, immigration authorities announced recently.

Colonel Dr Abdullah Sahwa, Director General of Sharjah Department of Naturalisation and Residency, said the offenders of different Asian nationalities were referred to the competent authorities for legal action.
