A motorist driving this car rammed into another car that was making a U-turn at an interchange in Deira, Dubai.
The driver of this car sustained serious injuries but the driver of the other car escaped with only minor injuries.
According to the police, one of the motorists jumped the red signal but could not identify the offender immediately. Police suspect the driver of this car was at fault.
A total of 74 people have been killed since the beginning of this year in road accidents.
