Three killed in separate road accidents across Dubai
Three people have been killed and another six injured in three separate accidents on Dubai roads in the last 72 hours.
Dubai: Three people have been killed and another six injured in three separate accidents on Dubai roads in the last 72 hours.
The first two accidents, which claimed two lives, took place on Sunday on Emirates roads at the same spot with just 45 minutes interval as the second accident occurred while a police patrol investigated the scene of the first accident.
An Asian motorist, M.SH, lost his life after his truck hit a lorry as he failed to avoid the piling of cars which was created as the police patrol was investigating an accident scene which occurred after a car overturned after hitting a truck because of speeding and reckless driving 45 minutes earlier.
There were also three passengers with M.,SH who have acquired injuries.
While the first accident claimed the live of a 17-year-old Emirati, who was sitting in the front passenger seat, as he was thrown out of the overturned car and hitting the asphalt. Another three people were also injured in the accident.
The third causality was reported today after a Pakistani man, who is thought to be a worker was killed in a run over accident after a car hit him in Al Qouz area at around 1 pm.
