RTA appoints Emiratis to leading positions
UAE nationals have been promoted at the Roads and Transport Authority in leading positions in various departments.
Dubai: UAE nationals have been promoted at the Roads and Transport Authority in leading positions in various departments.
This came in line with the directions of His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to tap growing talent among the nationals and encourage emiratisation in the authority.
The new appointments are to ensure the vision and strategic goals of the RTA are established.
The new orders issued by Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the RTA, include the appointment of Najeeb Ahmad Al Zarouni, as Director of In-land Transport Department.
Ali Mohammad Abdul Kareem has been appointed as Roads Signs and Maintenance Manager in the Maintenance Department in the Traffic and Roads Agency.
Hamad Abdullah Bin Hamad has been appointed Manager of Branch Customer Services Centres in the Customer Services Centres Department.
