Officials visit Japan to inspect progress
A team of senior officials from the Rail Agency of the Roads and Transport Authority recently visited the manufacturer of the Dubai Metro trains in Osaka, Japan, to inspect their progress.

Dubai: A team of senior officials from the Rail Agency of the Roads and Transport Authority recently visited the manufacturer of the Dubai Metro trains in Osaka, Japan, to inspect their progress.
The trains will be transported to Kobe by road and then shipped to Dubai. They will start arriving in Dubai next March and begin service in September.
