High-tech bus shelters in Dubai not ready for use
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has appealed to the public not to use the newly installed air-conditioned bus shelters as they are not yet in operation.
Dubai: The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has appealed to the public not to use the newly installed air-conditioned bus shelters as they are not yet in operation.
Khalid Hashim, Director of Planning and Business Development Department at the RTA's Public Transport Agency, said officials had noted litter in the shelters, although there are warning signs not to use them.
