Dubai: The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority on Tuesday opened the city's first two-level road.

The Dh605 million project will ease congestion on Doha Road and ensure smooth traffic to new developments including Burj Dubai, Dubai International Financial Centre and Dubai Mall.

The double-decker road will also provide a vital link between Shaikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah, Al Khail Road and Business Bay Crossing.
