"The number 9, the fifth single digit number in category 5 from Abu Dhabi police has entered the club of most expensive plates in the world like the other four single digit numbers", said Abdulla Matar Al Mannaei, Managing Director of Emirates Auction, which conducts the auction on behalf of Abu Dhabi Police.
"It pushed the number 6 which was sold for Dh 15.3 million last month to fourth position", said Al Mannaei.
