Al Ain will expand road to Dubai
The local municipality will soon embark on an expansion project on the Al Ain-Dubai Road as part of its plans to improve transport and road networks in the city.
Al Ain: The local municipality will soon embark on an expansion project on the Al Ain-Dubai Road as part of its plans to improve transport and road networks in the city.
The municipality signed a contract to expand and develop the road at a cost of Dh780 million.
Work on the project will be completed in 28 months.
The contract was signed by Awad Khalifa Al Darmaki, Director-General of Al Ain Municipality.
Work will begin soon in line with the directives of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the close follow-up of General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
The project aims to meet the requirements of the economic and social development in Al Ain.
