10% rise in Sharjah public transport users
Abdullah Al Zari, Director General of Sharjah Transport, said that the number of passengers using public transport from the city to other cities increased by 10 per cent, up from 3.169 million passengers in 2009.

Sharjah: The Transport Authority in Sharjah on Sunday announced that a total of 3.5 million passengers came to Sharjah using public transport during the first half of this year.
Abdullah Al Zari, Director General of Sharjah Transport, said that the number of passengers using public transport from the city to other cities increased by 10 per cent, up from 3.169 million passengers in 2009.
