Sharjah museums offer 50% discounts

Sharjah: The Sharjah Museums Department (SMD) has announced that it will be offering 50 per cent discounts on services offered at all SMD museums to international tourism companies participating in the 47th edition of the International Travel Bourse (ITB Berlin 2013), taking place from March 6-10.

SMD will also be promoting its 16 museums by offering special packages and discount vouchers to leading tourism companies. The efforts seek to highlight the UAE’s rich culture and heritage, and to uphold the Emirates’ status and reputation as international destinations.
