SIKKA open for proposal submissions

Dubai Culture announced the submission of SIKKA’s third edition project proposals, which will run from March 14 to 24, 2013. SIKKA is an annual artist-led fair of commissioned work in the heart of Dubai, it will be held at Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood. Submissions are open until December 23, 2012. Project proposals are open to Emiratis and local talent, individuals or groups and for those interested in visual arts, performing arts, music and film.
