Oud Al Mutinah villas ready for allocation

The Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Housing Establishment has begun the allocation of 940 houses in Oud Al Mutinah for eligible Emirati citizens, on the order of His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

Dubai: The Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Housing Establishment has begun the allocation of 940 houses in Oud Al Mutinah for eligible Emirati citizens, on the order of His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

The Oud Al Mutinah housing project which comprises 940 villas, will be carried out at a total cost of Dh1.015 billion.

The project will have 11 models of design, each of which will have the features of the local, Islamic and Andalusian architecture.

These houses have been allocated to Emirati citizens who have met the conditions specified by the establishment.

They will be handed over to their owners after the completion of the construction and necessary procedures and formalities.
