Dubai's Shaikh Maktoum inspects Hatta houses for citizens
On a two-hour tour, Shaikh Maktoum inspected the new houses, which were constructed by the Mohammad Bin Rashid Housing Establishment.

Dubai: Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, on Monday toured Hatta.
On a two-hour tour, Shaikh Maktoum inspected the new houses, which were constructed by the Mohammad Bin Rashid Housing Establishment.
The visit was in line with the directives of His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The new houses will soon be handed over to UAE citizens with limited incomes.
Shaikh Maktoum was assured of the completion of 259 villas, each of which has five bed rooms, at a total cost of Dh800,000 each. He listened to a presentation on the designs of 300 new villas to be constructed in Hatta.
Shaikh Maktoum met with a number of UAE citizens and listened to their demands. He promised to meet their demands.
Shaikh Maktoum's tour included new schools, healthcare and utility facilities. He visited the city's two dams, which were set up by the Dubai Municipality at a cost of Dh90 million a decade ago.
