Two new cases of H1N1 detected in the UAE
Two new cases of H1N1 have been detected in the UAE, in two Emiratis returning from abroad, the Ministry of Health has announced.

Abu Dhabi: Two new cases of H1N1 have been detected in the UAE, in two Emiratis returning from abroad, the Ministry of Health has announced.
Both are being treated and are stable.

On Sunday, a huge awareness campaign is due to be launched, with information being transmitted by TV, on the radio and in mosques, particularly during Friday prayers, sources at the Ministry of Health and the National Committee for Combating Swine Flu told Gulf News.
The source said there is sophisticated equipment at entrance ports to detect people with swine flu and there are enough stocks of Tamiflu in the country.
The Ministry also announced that it is normal for infections to occur, and it is urging the public to deal with cases calmly. The authorities must also be informed of any new outbreak of the virus for the necessary procedures to be applied.
The ministry also pointed that the World Health Organisation declared that the H1N1 flu is still moderate and medication is available.

The WHO also said that several countries do not resort to quarantining people affected with the virus and is satisfied with their getting treatment at home.
