Dubai: The UAE Ministry of Health announced the fifth case of swine flu in the country after a woman tested positive for the H1N1 virus.

The woman, an expatriate resident in the UAE, returned from abroad on Friday, and is being treated at a hospital.

The ministry had earlier announced two new cases of H1N1, in addition to the first two cases.

The recent two infected people are Emiratis who returned to the UAE from abroad. Both are being treated and stable.

The ministry on Sunday launches a huge nationwide information campaign to raise the public awareness about the virus.
