Shaikh Khalifa and Mohammad congratulate Sharif
UAE envoy received by Sharif at his residence in Lahore
Islamabad: Eisa Abdullah Al Basha Al Nuaimi, UAE Ambassador to Pakistan has conveyed the greetings of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai and General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to the President of Pakistan Muslim League-N party Nawaz Sharif, on winning the parliamentary elections.
Sharif, who received the UAE envoy at his residence in Lahore, thanked the UAE leaders and praised the keenness of the UAE on strengthening the bilateral relations with Pakistan, as well as the UAE’s continuous supportive stance to Pakistani people.
He noted that he would focus on developing the economic cooperation through encouraging investments.
Al Nuaimi referred to greater role of the late Shaikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan in establishing cordial ties between the two peoples, a legacy followed by Shaikh Khalifa and Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid to further strengthen the relations between the UAE and Pakistan.
