RCA holds talks with UN agencies
The Red Crescent Authority discussed with six UN humanitarian agencies, areas for enhancing human partnerships, joint work, programme coordination, aid and development activities in hot spots.
Abu Dhabi: The Red Crescent Authority discussed with six UN humanitarian agencies, areas for enhancing human partnerships, joint work, programme coordination, aid and development activities in hot spots.
An agreement was reached to develop cooperation between the RCA and the UN Development Programme, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, the United Nations Children's Fund, UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees and Food and Agriculture Organisation, to make better use of the possibilities afforded, exchanging information and expertise to better serve their joint targets.
