Dubai: A one-stop 5,000-capacity medical residency fitness centre will start receiving applicants in January, aiming to ease the nightmare that has engulfed the medical certification process.
The Al Muhaisna Centre, located in Sonapur in Al Ghusais, was opened by Shaikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance and Head of Department of Health and Medical Services.
Among its many facilities are vaccination rooms, isolation rooms for infectious diseases, immigration department for processing visa applications and laboratory.

I have submitted my application through Empost on November 11. Till now I have not received any reply from EIDA. I do not know what the next step to take is.

I stood in the queue today from 4am with a barcode for the Emirates ID card. I was finally told at 7am that it will be done only for Amiratis till the end of this month and not for expatriates. Some notice should be put up to avoid people coming for no reason.
