- People admire the tableau displayed at Dubai Mall outlining the achievements of Shaikh Mohammad on the occasion of the seventh anniversary of his accession as Ruler of Dubai.
The tableau was completed by the Road and Transport Authority and Dubai Government Media Office to commemorate the seventh anniversary of Shaikh Mohammad’s accession as Ruler of Dubai.
The tableau is at Dubai Mall and a facsimile of it will be placed at Dubai Airport for the public to enjoy.
The tableau documents the most important stages in the life of Shaikh Mohammad since his early childhood and captures key accomplishments the Emirate of Dubai enjoys, thanks to the wise leadership and futuristic vision of Shaikh Mohammad which placed Dubai on the global map.
The tableau also features a quote by Shaikh Mohammad that encapsulates his idea of the future and the work strategy base on teamwork, stressing that having both will and faith are important factors to take confident steps into the future.
The tableau includes snippets on the Al Maktoum family, and synopses on the late Shaikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum and late Shaikh Saeed Bin Maktoum Al Maktoum highlighting the rapid development enjoyed by the emirate since the times of the founding fathers.
Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), said the artistic achievement expresses the authority employees’ gratitude and dedication to the leadership of Shaikh Mohammad, which made Dubai a global city and a destination for investment and trade for millions of people.”
