Dubai: Wednesday was the third federal ministerial anniversary after President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan approved, in 2006, the seventh government since the establishment of the UAE, to be headed by His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
A distinguished and outstanding phase of the federal union's activity which represents a historical transformation, crowned by achievements in all fields and areas.
These everlasting accomplishments hold the personal fingerprints of Shaikh Mohammad's leadership, and the UAE will remain in everyone's heart and soul.
The nature of Shaikh Mohammad's ministerial and federal executive work witnessed a major leap in structure and context, as a result of the efforts of the UAE's pioneers and founders, the late Shaikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Shaikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum.
The federal executive work during the three years of Shaikh Mohammad's leadership was distinguished by a number of features that make up political assets on the national performance and development fronts.
One such feature is backing the federal union and solidifying it through a balanced establishment and development programme placing the UAE as a whole in the same vision that respects variety and specialisations and protecting the whole inside the historical framework of national brotherhood.
