Mohammad hails Chinese success at Olympics
His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, received yesterday at Zabeel Palace, Han Zheng, the Mayor of the Chinese city of Shanghai.

Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, received yesterday at Zabeel Palace, Han Zheng, the Mayor of the Chinese city of Shanghai.
Shaikh Mohammad greeted his guest and accompanying delegation. He congratulated the Chinese leadership, government and people for their country's success at the Olympics and the gold medals achieved by Chinese athletes.
Shaikh Mohammad and his guest discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance them.
The mayor expressed his happiness at the development and progress he witnessed in the UAE. He also said that Dubai has become an international cosmopolitan city where so many cultures meet, due to the wise vision of Shaikh Mohammad.
The mayor also described Shaikh Mohammad's visit to China earlier this year as very successful.
The meeting that was also attended by Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Shaikh Rashid Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Shaikh Majid Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Arts and Culture Authority, shaikhs and senior officials.
