Mohammad endorses Watani campaign

Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, yesterday received Ahmad Al Mansouri, Chairman of the "United" campaign, a initiative undertaken by the ‘Watani Programme' and team members of the campaign.

Al Mansouri briefed Shaikh Mohammad on the targets of the campaign and the noble meaning towards the UAE leadership, represented by President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Shaikh Mohammad stamped his fingerprint on the card, which is meant to renew trust and loyalty to the wise leadership, in the presence of Shaikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance, and Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai.

He praised the programme, which rekindles among Emiratis the flame of giving, building and national and social work to serve the community and raise the status of the nation.

Patriotism

He stressed his keenness to bolster the concept of national participation among the society and raising the principles of patriotism, which he said the leadership believes in.

"We support all national social and cultural projects that support the spirit of belonging and loyalty to the nation and its leadership and establishments," Shaikh Mohammad said.

He added that nothing is dearer than the nation and its soil, which will always be held high, thanks to its President, leaders, people and achievements.

The Watani team thanked Shaikh Mohammad for his participation in this noble national work and his support of these initiatives, which stem from the hearts and minds of young people.
