Minister hails constant support
Incessant support lent by the UAE prudent leadership to women have helped them to actively participate in all political, social, economic and development walks of life, Minister of Social Affairs Mariam Al Roumi affirmed yesterday.
Abu Dhabi: Incessant support lent by the UAE prudent leadership to women have helped them to actively participate in all political, social, economic and development walks of life, Minister of Social Affairs Mariam Al Roumi affirmed yesterday.
This great support aims at empowering UAE women to carry out their responsibilities and duties towards their nation and community.
UAE women have achieved unprecedented gains locally, regionally and internationally, the minister said in a statement to WAM on the occasion of World Women's Day which falls on March 8.
