Abu Dhabi: Lebanese President Michel Sulaiman left the UAE on Wednesday after a two-day official visit.

He was seen off at the airport by President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The two leaders earlier held discussions on fraternal ties between the UAE and Lebanon, ways to boost those ties and shared views on the latest developments in the region.

They stressed the need for Arabs to work more closely to achieve Arab solidarity and reconciliation and to bring the Palestinian factions together.
