Khalifa confers UAE order on Kazakhstan premier
The Order, which is usually conferred on presidents and crown princes, was presented to Massimov to emphasise the friendly ties between the UAE and Kazakhstan.

Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Monday received Karim Massimov, Prime Minister of Kazkhstan.
Shaikh Khalifa conferred the ‘Order of Federation' on Massimov.
The Order, which is usually conferred on presidents and crown princes, was presented to Massimov to emphasise the friendly ties between the UAE and Kazakhstan.
Shaikh Khalifa expressed his wish to further strengthen the friendly relations between the two countries.
He also affirmed the UAE's keenness to boost cooperation with Kazakh-stan by providing several areas of investment and expanding the prospects of joint cooperation.
They discussed ways to bolster bilateral relations across various sectors for the benefit and prosperity of their respective citizens.
Shaikh Khalifa conveyed his greetings to Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of Kazakhstan, and wished progress and prosperity for his people.
General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces; Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs; Lieutenant-General Shaikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; Shaikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Western Region, and other shaikhs and seniors officials were present during the meeting.
Federal decree
President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Monday issued a federal decree number 41 of 2010, appointing Hazza Mohammad Falah Al Qahtani as the Director General of the Foreign Aid Coordination office in the rank of a Ministry Undersecretary.
This Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and will be enforced by the Chairman of the Office.
