Health Ministry's customer service centre opens
An opening ceremony for Abu Dhabi's first Customer Service Centre at the Ministry of Health (MoH) took place on Sunday.
Abu Dhabi: An opening ceremony for Abu Dhabi's first Customer Service Centre at the Ministry of Health (MoH) took place on Sunday.
Humaid Al Qutami, Minister of Health, toured the centre with various officials from the ministry and the Health Authority Abu Dhabi. The centre contains nine different counters and a library.
"Our most important motive is to offer quick and punctual services to our clients and to create efficient networking with all authorities across the UAE," said Al Qutami.
The nine counters include: cashier, nursing, health advertising, purchasing, drug registration, drug control and licenses, medical and physicians evaluation.
