Haj mission opens hotlines for UAE pilgrims
Hamad Yousuf Mualla, Deputy Chairman of the UAE Haj mission, has said the mission will be in close contact with the UAE pilgrims throughout the Haj period.
Makkah: Hamad Yousuf Mualla, Deputy Chairman of the UAE Haj mission, has said the mission will be in close contact with the UAE pilgrims throughout the Haj period.
The mission had completed printing 1,000 stickers with telephone numbers, some for religious counseling during the Haj, some for health enquiries and others are for Haj contractors inspection committee.
Dr Abdul Karim Al Zarouni, head of the medical committee of the mission, said his committee has completed all preparations to provide medical service to pilgrims.
The mission's clinics in Makkah and Medina have been well equipped and furnished with all the necessary supplies, in addition to mobile medical teams of the mission, who are also fully ready to provide medical assistance to the pilgrims at their residences.
He said the mission has introduced hotline service to answer medical enquiries and provide medical guidance and support for the pilgrims: 0567989221, 0567429865 and 0567989252.
Dr Al Zarouni urged medical assistants accompanying Haj contractors to ensure that the pilgrims are given anti-meningitis vaccine, scrutinise health-related information on the card of every pilgrim and keep the list of names of all pilgrims under their supervision.
